At this week’s Integrated Systems Europe trade show, ViewSonic Europe introduces a series of advanced Lamp Free projector solutions. These include the X series for home entertainment, the M series portable projectors, and the latest LS series for commercial and digital signage applications.
ViewSonic’s new X Series projectors focus on Smart features, such as streaming, for home theater applications. ViewSonic’s X series projectors have up to 2,900 lumens brightness with second generation LED technology, HDR imaging, Cinema SuperColor+ technology with 125% Rec.709 and Harman Kardon designed audio.
Additionally, ViewSonic’s X Series projectors integrate smart Wi-Fi connectivity, so users can cast or screen-mirror content from smart mobile devices directly. The X Series models allow users to transform a smart mobile device into a remote controller via the vCastSender app, allowing for intuitive touch control, easy typing and simple annotation on the screen. Content can be streamed via the built-in app center from content providers directly and these models support both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant via voice control.
The new M Series projectors are focused on portability for business users on the go. The M1 Mini Plus smart pocket projector weighs just 300 grams and requires only a 1.2-meter throw distance. It offers solid image quality, a built-in battery and JBL speakers. The newly-launched M2 mobile studio projector has been designed to be the ultimate mobile smart display.
The ViewSonic M2 is a very portable Full HD LED projector. It features wireless screen mirroring to easily cast content from a mobile device to the projector. The M2 projector features a short throw lens and dual Harman Kardon speakers. Its LED light source provides over 30,000 hours of usage and 1,200 lumens of brightness. It has an adjustable kickstand design for quick setup. An integrated Micro SD card slot and USB Type-A reader port allow users to display documents, videos, and other multimedia without having to connect to a PC. And for fast data, audio, video, and charging over a single cable, there’s a USB Type-C port.
The LS Series Commercial projectors are designed with adaptability in mind. ViewSonic has developed the LS series laser projectors with second generation Laser Phosphor technology for high brightness, consistent performance for 24/7 usage, flexible installation and image quality.
The LS860WU features a 0.81-0.89 short throw ratio and wide horizontal and vertical lens shift range for flexible installation and has projection mapping capabilities for a wide range of commercial and entertainment applications. The LS831WU ultra-short throw digital signage projector can project a 100-inch image from just 21 centimeters away, making it ideal for public/commercial displays. It also serves the education market when paired with ViewSonic’s 24″ touch display: the ViewBoard Mini IFP2410, allowing teachers to annotate on a projected digital whiteboard.
