InFocus has three new projectors in the IN5130 series – the IN5132 (XGA), the IN5134 (WXGA) and the IN5135 (WUXGA). These units offer comprehensive connectivity and control options, have networking capabilities, Split-Screen and Instant Stack features, have motorized lens shift, focus and zoom, up to 5,000 lumens, a 4,000 hour lamp life and DICOM simulation mode for medical applications. There are four lens options available.
The IN5140 series is also comprised of three new projectors – the IN5142 (XGA), the IN5144 (WXGA) and the IN5145 (WUXGA). In addition to the features mentioned above for the 5130 series, IN5140 series projectors also include PC-less presentations with wireless network capabilities and 360 degree projection, with up to 6,000 lumens.
Projector market research firm Pacific Media Associates has found that the high-end projector segment has been outpacing the mainstream projector segment, so the timing is right for these new installation models from InFocus.
