The new Hisense PX1-PRO laser TV projector features a TriChroma laser engine to achieve full coverage of the BT.2020 color space. The PX1-PRO’s ultra-short throw capability can deliver a 4K image ranging from 90 to 130-inches when placed just 27-49 cm away from the projection screen or wall. Other premium features include eARC for lossless audio, Filmmaker Mode, and variety of smart features.
The Laser PX1-Pro offers 2,200 Lumens brightness with a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, covers 107% of the BT.2020 color space and has MEMC motion blur reduction technology. The projector features a DLP engine and uses a 0.47-inch DMD Texas Instruments chipset. It also has a 0.25:1 throw ratio.
The PX1-Pro features Dolby Vision, a next-level HDR format for optimal image quality. With built-in 30W Dolby Atmos® sound, PX1-PRO has more than sufficient audio built in. The High-Speed HDMI port with eARC allows users to pass-thru uncompressed audio to a surround sound system.
The new projector features Android TV to easily bring content to the unit. Users can install apps from the Google Play Store and login to their existing streaming services for additional content. Users can also employ Chromecast to mirror phones or tablets. Finally, Auto Low Latency Mode detects when a gaming console is the active source and automatically adjusts projector settings to optimize game performance.
The Hisense PX1-Pro is now available for pre-order, with an MSRP of $3,999.
