Display manufacturer BenQ has introduced additions to the M7 Series of business projectors with the new MX768 and MW769. Featuring both XGA (MX768) and WXGA (MW769) resolutions, 4,000 and 4,200 ANSI lumens of brightness, respectively and contrast ratios of 13,000:1, the MX768 and MW769 projectors are designed for medium-sized classrooms, corporate meeting spaces, and other mid-sized presentation venues. The projectors also come equipped with 20W speakers, offer full 3D Ready and nVidia 3DTV Play capabilities, and include optional wireless display for content delivery over the cloud.
LAN control enables centralized remote monitoring and management, while integration with Crestron® RoomView™, AMX®, and PJLink®, plus 1.5x (MW769) zoom lens ratios, add to the projectors’ flexibility. Easy set up is achieved with “Corner Fit” for both vertical and horizontal keystone capabilities, and “Surface Fit” automatically prevents unwanted image blends due to uneven surfaces, eliminating the need for manual adjustment.
The MX768 and MW769 provide wireless display options, and a multimedia hub with a variety of connectivity options including HDMI, RJ45, and USB. Energy-saving features include instant restart, which allows for rapid rebooting, up to 3,500 hours of lamp life with BenQ’s SmartEco™ lamp technology, and a filter-free optical system.
Available now, BenQ’s MX768 and MW769 projectors retail at $2,199 and $2,399 respectively.
Recent end-user surveys conducted by PMA Research show that the features in BenQ’s new projectors are one’s that educators and business presenter are looking for in their next projector.
