ViewSonic is introducing its line of direct view LED displays, an all-in-one cost-effective alternative to custom-made video walls. These direct view models are designed for professional-grade, 24/7 operation in lobbies, auditoriums, boardrooms, and conference rooms where effective messaging via digital signage is required.
As an all-in-one display solution, the ViewSonic® LD135-151 and LD163-181 seamlessly deliver content without lines or distortion for one continuous and smooth image, leading the viewer to be completely immersed in the message. These direct view LED displays are composed of one main cabinet and multiple panels for easy installation. When installed, each individual panel auto-configures and calibrates its location and setting values within the display as a singular unit. This eliminates the need for complicated set-up processes – all that is needed is to turn on the display. The displays may be installed easily with two people and within approximately two hours, ensuring installers can save their customers time and labor costs. For maintenance, the system is front-serviceable with swappable modules and includes 5-year limited warranty on parts, labor, and on-site service.
Compatible with the Android 8.0 O/S, the ViewSonic LD135-151 and LD163-181 come equipped with powerful twin dual-core processors, 4GB RAM and 32GB of internal memory. They also feature integrated ViewBoard® Cast screen sharing software, so users can easily share content. A 4-in-1 split feature allows four presenters to securely display media from any device and can easily mirror content to multiple displays.
An embedded SoC platform delivers an innovative viewing experience, by simplifying installation and maintenance, so there is no need for external devices to communicate with a server. With remote configuration and content management system support, both the LD135-151 and LD163-181 are optimized for digital signage applications, and are compatible with Crestron, Extron and AMX automated control systems for seamless integration.
At 135- and 163-inches respectively, the LD135-151 with a 1.5mm fine pixel pitch and the LD163-181 with a 1.8mm fine pixel pitch, deliver FHD resolution, a vivid 120% Rec.709 wide color gamut and up to 600 nits of adjustable brightness and a variety of I/O ports.
