Newline introduced their reinvented X Series all-in-one unified collaboration solution at InfoComm 2020 Connected. The new X Series builds upon their original X Series with innovative functional enhancements and a sleeker design.
Designed to facilitate collaboration, whether it be for higher education, commercial businesses, hospitals, or government applications, the new X Series makes it easy. The new X Series includes a built-in 4K camera, a noise-cancelling microphone and a secure Linux-based OS to protect the user’s content and network. Users can choose the work they want to save and clear the rest.
The X Series allows users to wirelessly cast screen images from their cloud storage or from other devices onto its large screen interactive display. The X Series is compatible with the operating systems of other devices including iOS, Windows, Android and Chrome.
The new X Series works with any UC software to connect with anyone, anywhere. The user can install their favorite software on the built-in OPS computer, powered by Intel.
With its capacitive touch display, users can write over any content on the screen, regardless of its source. The Intelligent Touch feature allows for a smooth writing experience with either a pen or finger. The X Series optically bonded 4K display provides a wide viewing angle while reducing parallax issues.
Newline’s original X Series had screen sizes ranging from 55 to 86 inches, with corresponding models numbers X5, X6, X7, X8 and X9. The new X Series is coming soon and the new model numbers have not been confirmed yet.
